Keeping the sales-oriented focus in the organisation is highly prioritized.The objective is to keep a flat or–ganisation with fast and effective individual decision-making, based on a high degree of allocation of re–sponsibility in the organization.The company is at the present divided into 3 main business units, to keep a high level of focusing on individual competence areas. |

Our focus is on highly educated and effective internal staff, which continuously focuses on automation of all processes in the organization. |

Our service function shall be able to handle general service, assembly/mounting, testing, test setups, initial production, calibration, validation ….. for all the competence areas of the company. |
