Strategy for the Organization:

Keeping the sales-oriented focus in the organisation is highly prioritized.The objective is to keep a flat or–ganisation with fast and effective individual decision-making, based on a high degree of allocation of re–sponsibility in the organization.The company is at the present divided into 3 main business units, to keep a high level of focusing on individual competence areas.

Our focus is on highly educated and effective internal staff, which continuously focuses on automation of all processes in the organization.

Our service function shall be able to handle general service, assembly/mounting, testing, test setups, initial production, calibration, validation ….. for all the competence areas of the company.

Keeping competent manpower is given top priority

Competence strategy:

We invest in people who can and will develop.

Our starting point is to employ people who have proved themselves by way of education/training or commercial results.

We will conduct training, ensuring that each individual can develop their responsibilities and competences.

Our focus is very much on free initiative, leaving room for the individual to test own ideas and concepts.

We demand that the individual should manifest proac–tive behaviour, currently showing interest in improving his/her proactive attitude.

Staff not meeting their job functions will be replaced.

Our people are expected to respond with due diligence in all contexts, including that of generally informing customers and colleagues in a timely fashion.

It is expected that the individual Product manager is able to develop new solutions and identify new relevant products on a continuously basis.
