Market strategy

Marketing strategy:

Basically, we focus on niche marketing;
Small well defined markets that has a unique, specific set of needs.

Our marketing program has a focus on cost efficient solutions, and activities close to our customers, such as homepages, SEO, press releases, fairs and seminars.

Advertising and other wide marketing will only be used as support for other activities.

We also do special sponsorships and events, which makes a difference for our customers and our employees.

Strategies for the markets and our customers:

Our resources are to be prioritized on customers having frequent needs, expected to keep competitive production or/and service on our local markets.

Basically, we shall be capable of providing solutions regardless of the geographical locations of our customers.

We need to establish good relations to existing customers and potential customers; this will be achieved only by paying visits by our salespeople.

As a minimum, half the time of a salesperson should be spent in contact with customers.
